City Live is all about mobile
The MVNO or Mobile Virtual Network Operator "Mobile Vikings" is operated by City Live. We sell mobile telephony, SMS and internet services based on the network from BASE in Belgium.
Our offer is completely independent of what BASE is offering its customers. We manage our own users, have our own SIM cards and determine our own pricing.
As an internet operator, we want to create a maximal convergence between the web and telephony. Not only do we communicate with our users through various internet channels, but we also aim to integrate the telecommunication's functionality with the web.
Today, it's already possible to manage your account, consult your call history and top up your balance through the Mobile Vikings website. In the future, we want to add VoIP, the capability to read and send your SMS from our website and integrate with internet-based short message services like MSN, Twitter and Facebook status updates.

As Mobile Vikings we are attracting an internet minded audience. We realize lots of communities also would like to communicate closer with their members. Internet is nice for this, but the mobile phone is even better.
If you become an MVNO, you can communicate closer with your community. On top of that, you generate an extra income for your organization. Our centralized staff takes care of all of the operational processes. All you need to do is sell SIM cards and communicate with your members.
We enable “micro” MVNOs by automating most of the creation of a new MVNO through our website to lower the fixed costs that are usually associated with an MVNO. This means also small communities can now become their own brand.
